Here, we report a case of vascular tumor in spleen that was initially misinterpreted as hemangioma. Primary splenic angiosarcoma is an extremely unusual neoplasm originating from sinusoidal vascular endothelium. The term is usually given to despite its absolute rarity, a splenic angiosarcoma is considered the most common primary. They may be congenital or secondary.
